Responsible for designing and developing Low Voltage Control Panels including Main LT Panels, MCC, PCC, APFC Capacitor Bank Panels and VFD Panels. Must have strong knowledge of single line diagrams, wiring schematics and panel layout drawings as per IS/IEC standards. Will coordinate with clients to understand technical requirements and deliver customized solutions.

Operate and maintain CNC Turret Punch Machine and CNC Press Break Machine for precision cutting, punching and bending of sheet metal used in electrical panel enclosure manufacturing. Responsible for reading technical drawings, setting up machine parameters, performing quality checks on fabricated parts and ensuring zero defect production as per given dimensions.

Perform complete internal wiring, cable laying, ferrule printing, PVC wire cutting, bus bar assembly and lug crimping for panels including DG/AMF Panels, Distribution Boxes, Synchronizing Panels and Control & Relay Panels. Must be able to read wiring diagrams and ensure connections are made accurately as per approved drawings and safety norms.

Inspect, test and verify completed electrical panels including APFC Capacitor Banks, VFD Panels, Motor Control Centres and Distribution Panels before dispatch. Responsible for conducting routine tests, maintaining inspection records, identifying non-conformities and ensuring all products meet IS/IEC quality and safety standards. Will work closely with the production and design team to ensure zero defect delivery to clients.
